PIG is a dual-language web and app production studio. English is the base language, and users can choose another language as long as it is fully supported by the compatible system tools. A dual-language version is included in the base service at no extra charge. If a project expands to three languages, the price becomes twice the base charge, and if it expands to four languages, the price becomes three times the base charge.
PIG’s production policy is designed to keep a project clear, fair, and workable from beginning to end. Every project begins with an agreed specification covering the features, deliverables, schedule, and price, so the work is not left vague. If new work is requested outside that agreed scope, it is treated as additional work and quoted separately. The published base price is only the starting point for a new project, and projects requiring extra functionality, integrations, multilingual expansion, design work, or ongoing services may require additional quotation. The policy also explains that timely client feedback, proper materials, testing, payment by schedule, and clear responsibility for third-party costs all play a role in successful delivery and long-term maintenance.
PIG’s event order is not an automatic guarantee of acceptance. Passing the questions and submitting the order request only means the request can enter review. After submission, PIG may scrutinize the project’s purpose, materials, schedule, workflow, and practical fit before deciding whether to accept it. The event is intended for museums, galleries, cultural institutions, and traditional organizations, and it must also fit PIG’s working scope and production boundaries. If a request falls outside that scope, or if the project cannot be handled responsibly within the event conditions, PIG may decline the order with a proper explanation.
Scope of Work
Every project begins with an agreed specification describing the features, deliverables, schedule, and price.
Work outside the agreed scope is treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Base Price
The published Base Price is the minimum fee for a new project.
Projects requiring additional functionality, integrations, design work, multilingual content, or ongoing services are quoted separately.
Schedule
Estimated delivery times assume that all required materials and client feedback are provided without unnecessary delay.
Project schedules may be adjusted if the project scope changes during development.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:

Revisions
Minor revisions requested during development are included.
Requests that introduce new features or significantly change existing functionality may require a revised quotation.
Testing
Applications are tested before delivery.
Clients are encouraged to perform acceptance testing before the project is considered complete.
Browser and Device Support
Applications are developed for current versions of major web browsers.
Support for older browsers or specialized environments should be agreed before development begins.
Hosting
Unless otherwise specified, hosting, domain registration, email services, and cloud infrastructure are not included in the project price.
PIG can assist with deployment and hosting when requested.
Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party services such as maps, payment gateways, authentication providers, analytics, or APIs.
Any licensing fees, subscription costs, or usage charges imposed by those services are the client's responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed project unless otherwise agreed.
PIG retains ownership of its general development tools, reusable libraries, frameworks, and technical know-how.
Open Source Software
Projects may incorporate open-source software where appropriate.
Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Maintenance
After delivery, maintenance, updates, security improvements, and feature enhancements are available under a separate agreement.
Warranty
PIG will correct defects that are demonstrably caused by the delivered software for a reasonable period after delivery.
The warranty does not cover changes requested after acceptance, third-party service failures, server administration by others, or software modified by third parties.
Payment
Invoices are issued according to the agreed payment schedule.
Typical projects are divided into milestone payments.
Work may be suspended if scheduled payments become overdue.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, completed work and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Confidentiality
Project information and client data are treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed by both parties.
Changes to These Policies
These policies may be updated periodically and apply to future projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
